The Croatian government has said insolvency is one of three possible scenarios for troubled shipbuilding group Uljanik.
It is also considering bringing in another strategic investor or pushing through an amended restructuring plan that is acceptable to the European Union, Intellinews cited Croatian prime minister Andrej Plenkovic as saying.
The group has been hit by strikes and the cancellation of four car carriers by Norway's Siem Group.
