Imabari Shipbuilding has filled the docks until 2021 at the 10 yards that make up the giant Japanese shipbuilding group after winning orders for 89 ships in the last fiscal year.
The newbuilding orders in the year ending 31 March were made up of bulkers, VLCCs, containerships and MR tankers.
Imabari’s orderbook now stands at a whopping 13.8
