Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (KSOE) said high-priced vessels and cost-cutting efforts have brought in healthy returns during the third quarter of its 2022 financial year.
The South Korean company, a Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings unit that controls its shipyards, said it has registered a net profit for the third quarter of KRW 315.8bn ($222.1m), up 64% in the same period of 2021.
