Hundreds of unionised workers at Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) have staged a partial strike over job security on Friday.
About 300 staff walked out in Ulsan and travelled to the capital Seoul to take part in a protest rally, the Yonhap news agency reported.
One issue that sparked the strike is the closure of an offshore facilities plant in August after orders dried up.
