South Korea’s HD Hyundai is expanding its operations in the Philippines by leasing part of Agila Subic Shipyard — formerly Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction Philippines.
HD Hyundai disclosed on 14 May that it had leased a part of the yard — also formerly known as Hanjin Subic — to produce offshore wind platforms and ship blocks and for the maintenance and repair of naval vessels.
