Historic Belfast shipyard Harland and Wolff has been saved from closure in a £6m ($7.4m) sale.
The yard that built the Titanic has been bought out of administration by infrastructure specialist InfraStrata.
InfraStrata said Harland and Wolff’s fabrication facility, quaysides and docking facilities were "ideally suited" for its energy projects.
