Fincantieri-owned shipbuilder Vard Group has revealed Cathrine Kristiseter Marti as its new boss, four months after she quit rival Ulstein Group.
The new chief executive will begin work on 1 June, replacing Alberto Maestrini, who will remain as chairman.
Marti stepped down at Ulstein last November.
