Taiwanese liner giant Evergreen Marine Corp has placed an order for four feeder containerships at South Korea's Hyundai Mipo Dockyard.
The Ulsan-based shipyard will deliver the four 1,800-teu vessels between April and October 2021.
TradeWinds reported in August that Evergreen had approached several shipyards in the Far East for a series of feeder containerships that it wanted delivered in 2021 and 2022.
