DSME has re-stated its financial results for three of the last eight years due to its alleged accounting fraud.
The shipbuilder said its operating figure from 2012 was changed from a KRW 486.2bn ($430m) profit to a loss of KRW 72bn, the Yonhap news agency reported.
For 2008, earnings of KRW 119.7bn have become a net loss of KRW 83.2bn.
