Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering achieved 75% of its order target for 2020, in one of the weakest years for newbuildings.
In its monthly investor relations report, DSME said it secured $5.42bn-worth of orders, shy of the $7.21bn target.
The South Korean shipbuilder said it had netted contracts for 29 vessels in 2020: nine LNG carriers, one LPG vessel, 10 containerships and nine tankers.
