Taiwanese shipbuilder CSBC's chairman has said he is confident of turning around the yard's fortunes in the order slump.
Cheng Wen-lon revealed he and 60 other CSBC executives had agreed to pay cuts of between 10% and 20% to prevent wage reductions for front-line workers.
The company wants to reduce reliance on merchant ship orders and has this year secured TWD 17.8bn
