The Croatian government has pledged to help 3 Maj shipyard restart production.
Prime minister Andrej Plenkovic said the state was willing to support the yard, which is part of Uljanik Group.
In March, the government rejected a restructuring plan for sister operation Uljanik Shipyard due to its debt levels.
