Creditors of struggling Croatian shipbuilder 3 Maj have agreed a new debt deal to protect the yard's future.
More than 90% of the Rijeka-based plant's creditors okayed the plan, which will see them delay 85% of claims for two years.
The rest will be paid from a new loan to the shipyard.
