A Korean court may have found a buyer for both STX Offshore & Shipbuilding and its STX France unit.
Both companies, plus a third STX operation, Goseong Offshore & Shipbuilding, could be disposed of together, a spokesman for Seoul central district bankruptcy court said, according to the Wall Street Journal.
