China Shipbuilding Corp is expecting to return to black for the full financial year 2016.
The Chinese shipbuilder has projected net income of between CNY 500m ($72.1m) and CNY 700m for the 12 months of last year.
This would overturn a loss of CNY 2.62bn reported in 2015, the company said in a stock exchange announcement.
The company added the positive result is attributed to improved operations efficiency.
