Chinese owner Changdao Xianglong has headed back to the domestic Jinglu Shipyard for a new ro-pax.
Brokers said the 2,000-passenger vessel will be ready in 2020.
No cost was given for the contract.
The Shandong shipowner's three existing ferries were delivered from Jinglu in 2017.
The yard is also building bulkers for Chartworld and Laskaridis.
