UK shipowner Bibby Marine has moved a contract for a ground-breaking electric commissioning service operation vessel (eCSOV) to a different Spanish shipyard.
The order for what the company called the world’s first zero-emission CSOV was originally placed at Gondan Shipbuilders in Spain last April.
Now it will be built at Armon after an “amicable” split with the previous builder.
