AVIC International has confirmed that talks are underway about a possible disposal of its shipbuilding facilities.

Singapore-listed AVIC International Maritime Holdings, which is majority controlled by Hong Kong-listed AVIC International Holdings Ltd, confirmed the news in a regulatory filing.
