Namura Shipbuilding has posted a bigger loss for the year ended 31 March.

The Japanese company said the net deficit was JPY 20.55bn ($188m), compared to a loss of JPY 11.3bn in the previous 12 months.

Revenue was down at JPY 134.88bn against JPY 137.2bn.

The yard is forecasting a smaller loss of JPY 7.5bn for the current year ending next March.
