The Indian government is reported to have cancelled vital orders at struggling ABG Shipyard.
Sources told the Financial Express that the defence ministry has informed the yard it will no longer go ahead with coast guard and naval vessels.
The deals included a cadet training ship and a coast guard training ship.
ABG withdrew last year from a $2.6bn navy contract for warships and has been suffering from a dearth of orders and large debts.
