Consolidated orders declined JPY 3.1bn ($31.26m) year on year to JPY 27.1bn as the segment booked two newbuild LNG carriers, down from three in theyear-earlier quarter.
Net sales dropped by JPY1.6 bn year on year to JPY 21bn asgrowth in sales of LPG carriers was overshadowed by a decline in sales of othervessel types, most notably handymax bulk carriers, KHI said in an earnings statement.
