On Tuesday the Oslo-quoted operator announced plans to part ways with the 7,200-dwt Wilson Tana (ex: Husnes, built 1977).
According to a translated copy of a regulatory filing published in Norwegian the ship was sold to a buyer incorporated in Belize for roughly $915,000.
While the counterparty wasn’t identified by name the company noted that the new owner intends to scrap the vessel at a recycling facility in Turkey.
