Tsakos Energy Navigation of Greece is on the fringe of moving forward with a plan to expand its fleet of LNG carriers.
Operations chief George Saroglou says New York-listed TEN intends to ink at least one vessel and an option but would consider turning up the heat if charterers step up to the plate.
