Singapore-listed Swissco will pay SGD 35m ($28m) for two anchor handling tug supply vessels (AHTS) and one multipurpose utility tug.
The 80-tonne bollard (tbp) AHTS vessels will be built at a northern Chinese shipyard while the tug will be built in the south of the country, Swissco said without revealing the yards involved.
All three vessels are set to be delivered in 2015.
