Top yacht broker Nicholas Edmiston has had his commission on the sale of one of the world’s most valuable yachts cut from EUR 7.2m to EUR 6m ($8.76m at current conversion rates).

Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky persuaded a London appeal court to overturn a high court ruling that Edmiston was entitled to a 3% commission, with the broker instead now due remuneration of 2.5%.

The Radiant was sold to wealthy UAE businessman, Abdullah Al Futtaim.
