The Oslo-listed firm has sold the 3,200-dwt multifunctionalsupport vessel (MSV) Normand Tonjer (built 1983) to an unnamed international buyer.
The sale comes ahead of the expected delivery of two MSVnewbuildings from Vard later this year.
Solstad has also sold the 100-tbp anchor handling tug supplyvessel Nor Sun (built 2006).
The vessel has been working long term for Brazilian oilcompany Petrobras.
Solstad will pocket NOK 87m in cash for the pair and booked again of NOK 35m in its first quarter accounts.
