The pair agreed a $24.5m deal with an unnamed buyer for the 3,350–dwtSiddis Skipper (built 2004), Oslo-listed Siem said in a statement.
Delivery of the vessel, which has been trading the North Seaspot market, is scheduled for the first quarter 2014.
Siem will use its share of the proceeds to repay a vessel mortgage of $13.5m, it said.
The company holds a 51% stake in Siem Meling Offshore whichowns four PSVs following the sale.
