Greekowner Primera Maritime (Hellas) has failed in a bid to persuade a London highcourt to overturn an arbitration award in favour of the Jiangsu Easternshipyard and Chinese trader, Ningbo Ningshing International.
Primera,a company associated with Paul Coronis and his family, took an order for twobulk carriers signed in 2007 to arbitration in London alleging that a failureto deliver by the contractual date in 2011 amounted to the renunciation of thecontract by the Chinese yard.
