In a weekly market report Fearnleys pointed out that activity is starting to pick up for most of the major shipyards based in the Far East.
“Although many of the [latest] orders reported are options the sentiment seems to be changing and willing owners are back for more tonnage,” the firm said, adding: “If the current activity prevails, prices will continue to increase.”
