An influx of naval contracts pushed Boustead Heavy Industries to an increased profit in the third quarter.
The Malaysian shipyard did, however, see the top line eroded somewhat by higher costs associated with delays to newbuildings.
Net profit for the three months to the end of September was MYR 30.33m ($9.78m) as against MYR 24.9m a year earlier.
This was due to the hike in revenues from MYR 144.21m
