The 12,900-gt cruiseship Kristina Katarina (built 1982) has been bought by a group of international investors, the YLE website said.
TradeWinds reported in December that the company had filed for bankruptcy and cancelled its winter cruises, hoping to reorganise operations to resume trading in March.
The cruiseship was handed over to FleetProOcean of Miami in the Canary Islands.
Kristina's plan now is to offer cruises using other companies' vessels, with a staff of 20.
