Norwegian billionaire John Fredriksen has sold out of a shipbroking joint venture with Arctic Securities.
The company, which was initially launched as Arctic Shipping Norway, was set up at the end of 2015 as a 50/50 venture between Geveran and Arctic Securities.
Now shortened to Arctic Shipping, the company's newly released annual report shows Fredriksen’s Geveran Trading is no longer a shareholder.
