The Oslo-listed owner has offloaded the 57,982-dwt Jin Yang(built 2010) and Jin Ze (built 2012) to a Grimstad Shipping of Panama.
Hong Kong-based Jinhui sold the first vessel for $27m and fetched$29m for the newer ship, it announced today in a stock exchange filing.
Both vessels are scheduled to join their new owner by theend of March.
The sale of the Hong Kong-flagged pair leaves the companywith a fleet of 36 bulkers all of which are handymax and supramax except forone handysize, two panamax and two post-panamax vessels.
