Havila Shipping has sold its last platform supply vessel built in the 1990s.
Oslo-listed Havila says the sale of the 4,679-dwt Havila Fortress (built 1996) will trigger a debt for equity swap with lenders.
Havila has been looking to sell what it called a non-core asset for some time.
