Great Eastern Shipping plans to continue fleet expansion efforts after adding four vessels in as many months.
The shipowner bought two products tankers over the summer, adding to a capesize bulker and a VLGC picked up since April.
Chief financial officer G Shivakumar said on a conference call the company was reasonably positioned for weaker markets and would look to reinvest when it saw buying opportunities.
