According to a prospectus tied to the New York-listed company’s latest trip to the bond marketmanagement is looking to acquire assets at the bottom of the cycle.
“Attractive, countercyclical investment opportunities are currently available in the market,” it said.
“These may include both structured sale and leaseback transactions with liner companies and the acquisition of selected vessels, priced at cyclical lows, in the sale and purchase market.”
