Under the terms of the agreement the New York-listed operator says it will purchase the vessels and charter them back to the seller for six years.
In a statement it noted the transaction includes options to extend the time charters tied to two of the three ships for either three or five years.
While the LNG carriers were not identified by name GasLog indicated MSL is going to pick the units out of a pool of six 145,000-dwt sisterships that hit the water between 2006 and 2007.
