A newbuilding VLOC has been sold by the shipyard with Korea Line unable to take delivery.
The 300,000-dwt bulker was contracted by Korea Line in February 2008 at the Universal Shipyard at Ariake.
It was due for delivery from the yard next year and has been purchased by a Chinese buyer.
Because of Korea Line's legal position, the sale for $70m is subject to court approval.
