Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering finally looks like it is going to float its design wing as it applies for a listing.
Daewoo Ship Engineering Co (DSEC) has applied for an initial public offering in South Korea, reports indicate.
No details of the deal such as the amount being sought or the time scale were disclosed in the application, however.
The move revives initial efforts made years ago to bring the design unit to the market.
