An affiliate of Germany’s Conti Group has succeeded in an application to a Canadian court for the sale of a Hanjin containership.
Conti 24, the single-ship owner of the 5,750-teu Hanjin Vienna (built 2000), was seeking to appoint UK broker Howe Robinson as sheriff to run the disposal.
A notice from Vancouver’s Federal Court has confirmed that the broker's Carsten Roennau is now acting sheriff in Hamburg.
