A mystery European owner has penned an order for up to four ships at Cosco Corp’s Chinese shipyard.
The unidentified company has stumped up the deposits for the “special purpose carriers” making the order effective, the Singapore-listed builder revealed in a bourse announcement on Tuesday.
The order comprises three firm units and another optional contract with the total price of over $113m thought to include all four vessels.
