Singapore-listed shipbuilder and bulker owner Cosco Corp has appointed a top official from its parent Cosco as chairman.
Executive vice president Wang Yu Hang, 55, will replace Li Yun Peng, who resigned with effect from Tuesday.
Wang was recommended by the parent Cosco group, the company said.
He has held the VP role at Cosco since February 2014.
Li had been Cosco Corp chairman since September 2013.
