Castleton Commodities and Hudson Shipping Lines have struck an agreement that ends their US legal battles over a pair of ultramax bulker newbuilding.
Lawyers for the two US companies informed a federal court in Houston today that all of Castleton's claims in their $12m litigation there have been dismissed.
