India’s Hariyana Ship Breakers has reported a profit for the three months ended 31 December.
Net earnings were INR 8m ($117,000), compared to a loss of INR 23.5m the year before.
Revenue grew to INR 1.6bn from INR 1.46bn year-on-year.
The Mumbai-listed company is based at Alang-Sosiya in Gujarat.
It was formed in the early 1980s and has reached a turnover of more than 60,000 tonnes per year.
