The US Gulf -based owner has returned to Master BoatBuilders (MBB) for the 220 foot, DP-2 ships, it says.
MBB is due to hand over the firstunit in early 2015 with subsequent deliveries at four month intervals.
Adriatic recently raided HarveyGulf for six secondhand mini-supply ships at a cost of $72m.
The owner also has five 200 foot and two 260 foot DP-2 OSVsunder construction at C&C Marine and Repair in Louisiana.
