Norwegian ship management giant OSM Thome has welcomed powerful new backers on board as it eyes further expansion.
The company said institutional investors advised by JP Morgan Asset Management’s Global Transportation Group will acquire a stake.
The deal, subject to regulatory approval, will help support the future growth of the business, it added.
