Columbia Shipmanagement (CSM) is stepping up its presence in the Middle East with the launch of a new office in Dubai.
The Schoeller Holdings company already has a base in Saudi Arabia, where it envisages big growth potential.
The focus in Dubai will be on full technical and crew management services, as well as the full range of Columbia Group maritime services.
