Cypriot owner EDT Offshore has formed a new ship management company with Synergy Marine Group of Singapore.
EDT Synergy Shipmanagement aims to deliver “innovative and sustainable” operations and solutions, addressing industry challenges in decarbonisation and digitalisation.
The Limassol owner and its global ship management partner said the new company had been registered in Cyprus.
