A general cargoship involved in a fatal collision in 2014 has been sold at auction in Italy.
The Reste del Carlino website said the 4,500-dwt Lady Aziza (built 1991) will now leave Ravenna after a UK bidder paid EUR 650,000 ($801,600).
The starting price was EUR 413,000.
TradeWinds reported at the time that two men were confirmed dead and four more were missing from the 3,350-dwt cargoship Gokbal (built 2011) after the clash with Lady Aziza.
