Malaysia's Shin Yang Shipping has launched legal action against an Indonesian owner for vessels it sold last year.
Bursa Malaysia-listed Shin Yang claims Gemilang Raya Maritime (GRM) acquired two tugs and two barge ships from it last October.
But it alleged GRM did not pay the amount required.
Demand letters in March and April were not answered, it claimed.
A suit has been filed in North Jakarta district court.
